About
Meet our team in the pictures below! My goal is to create a calm, safe space for you to share and process your story and explore solutions. I aim to make your experience with therapy a positive one by assuring you feel heard, encouraged and seen. I believe the client/therapist relationship is a powerful healing tool to success in your life. I am a Psychotherapist who earned my graduate degree from The University of Michigan School of Social Work. I enjoy working with children, teens and young adults. I use an attachment theory framework to help you process traumas and relationships.
Additionally, my areas of clinical interest are adolescents, teens and young adult women. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, relationship issues, attachment issues, life adjustments, grief and loss, trauma/PTSD, and women's issues.
I believe everyone deserves a connection with their therapist because healing comes through trust and a secure relationship, in which I strive to build between us. I hope to hear from you soon.
