You’re feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, and feeling disconnected in your relationships. Maybe you have tried everything with your child that has been misbehaving and you need support. Maybe you have felt disconnected in your relationship and long to have deeper intimacy as a couple. Maybe you are an individual burnt out, anxious and overwhelmed needing a safe place to process and heal. Maybe you are experiencing infertility or a recent pregnancy loss, and hope feels impossible. Going to therapy can feel scary and overwhelming, I am already so proud of you for doing the hard work of searching and asking for help.
I work with couples to help them reach intimacy in their relationships. I offer respite and hope to women and couples experiencing infertility and pregnancy loss. I help adult children of emotionally immature parents learn to set boundaries. I offer affirming therapy to trans and queer young adults. I love to use my teaching experience to guide parents.
It is such a courageous thing to attempt to find someone who feels trustworthy and safe that you can entrust with the burdens of your life. If you are ready to feel more confident in your relationships (partner, self, or child) I'd love to talk. I offer a free 15min consultation call to see if we would work well together, book now here or on my website.
