My experience includes difficult life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, parenting issues, addiction, substance abuse, PTSD, trauma, and subpar school or job performance. Individual therapy sessions via video and phone can take place from the comfort of your own home and can include activities such as virtual mindfulness walks together.
