I am passionate about working with individuals who are interested in reconnecting to themselves and their lives, especially those experiencing anxiety, depression, uncertainty, or the lingering effects of trauma. I also work with kids (ages 12 and up) alongside their parents to build a strong foundation of coping skills to overcome anxiety, depression, and trauma. As a companion on your journey, I am here to support you with warmth, curiosity, and deep respect as you navigate life's challenges and move towards the change you hope to see in your life.
I value collaboration, clarity, and inquiry, in addition to the use of cognitive and somatic approaches in my work as a trauma-informed therapist. I have completed my EMDR Basic Training to support clients who are interested in processing life's tough experiences in order to move toward the version of yourself you are becoming.
