Whether you're a parent feeling overwhelmed by your daughter’s emotions or unsure of how to parent in the next stage of life, you’re in the right place. I’m here to help you understand your child’s emotional world, set boundaries without guilt, strengthen your relationship through open, respectful communication, and support your child’s growth while also caring for your own well-being My mission is to help you navigate parenthood with clarity, confidence, and connection.

For Teens + Tweens You’re not “too sensitive,” “too much,” or “not enough.” Your emotions are valid, and so are you. Whether you're navigating friendship drama, heavy feelings, anxiety, or sensory overwhelm, I offer a space where you can just be you. Together, we’ll work on understanding your emotions, finding your voice, and building self-confidence.

I offer individual and family therapy, teen groups, and parent process groups. I believe in empowering parents, supporting self-discovery, strengthening connections, and embracing change. Change is inevitable, but with each season, new possibilities emerge. Together, we can make this season one of possibilities and growth for both you and your child.
