I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in treating older adolescents and adults facing emotional, behavioral, and mental health issues. I have 14 years of experience working with people facing depression, anxiety, and ADHD related to a variety of life stressors such as trauma, divorce, relationship issues, grief and loss, unemployment, medical conditions, marital conflict and more.
I have received training related to family systems as well as EFT which helps to address family conflict, marital issues, and issues related to blended families. I have also received training in TFCBT which can help to process and resolve past or recent trauma that negatively impacts quality of life.
