Before becoming a therapist, I spent nearly a decade as a school counselor, working with teens facing mental health challenges. I supported children, parents, and families through anxiety, crisis, behavior concerns, school stress, and transitions. Now I help families build practical skills, strengthen connection, and find steadiness with the right support.
