In therapy, I see myself as a guide helping people re-connect and remember the wisdom of their own inner knowing so they can meet life as their most vibrant self. I take a non pathologizing approach to care, and incorporate methods that support clients getting to the root of their suffering, coming into more wholeness as they heal and release trauma, grief and other blocks to joy, presence, and connection. I am deeply committed to my own healing process and do the work that I ask my clients to show up for. This - combined with 20+ years of clinical experience allows me to co-create meaningful transformation with my clients.
I specialize in Ketamine - Assisted therapy and have extensive training and experience in this modality. I am a relational focused therapist and Internal Family Systems (IFS) and somatic approaches primarily inform my work. I enjoy exploring the psycho-spiritual and using holistic approaches to help humans heal.
I am also an Herbalist and shamanic practitioner. I have come to understand that supporting humans in creating better mental health requires more than traditional western treatment models have led us to believe. The way that I approach my work, allows for the integration of old ways of knowing and non traditional approaches to healing.
