I enjoy providing each client a warm, empowering space, where you may develop a deeper understanding of your thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors. I integrate a blend of modalities including EMDR, talk therapy, attachment-based, and cognitive behavioral therapy.
My style is a direct, collaborative teamwork approach; we will compassionately challenge cycles that are not working for you anymore.
