I offer in person and telehealth sessions for folks looking to work on issues related to anxiety, postpardum and/or pregnancy related distress, and trauma. In my practice, I engage in relational, client-centered approaches that focus on elements of cognitive, emotional, and somatic awareness. I have completed basic traing for EMDR (Eye movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy and am currently pursuing EMDR certification.
I have extensive experience working with the anxiety spectrum, postpartum mental health, complex trauma, and body image. I also strive to center conversations in individual identity and work from a lens of multicultural humility.
