I work with families, couples, and individuals, supporting folks through life transitions, work stress, tough relationships, and difficult adolescent periods. I help teens, families, couples, and individual adults get diagnostic clarity, define and execute steps toward their goals, and learn to improve their relationships to themselves and others. My style incorporates elements of cognitive behavioral, coaching, interpersonal, and family systems therapies.
