Are you a Millennial or Gen Z who feels the pressure to be perfect or please others until you're running on empty? You feel your emotions very deeply. Maybe you're the eldest daughter who always feels she has to be the "perfect one." Or is your relationship feeling the strain with communication, intimacy, wedding planning, or parenthood? If you're a “recovering” high achiever and aspiring “good-enough-ist,” I’d love to work with you. I've been there too, so let's connect! Together, we’ll gently explore what’s underneath the pressure to build more compassionate relationships with yourself and the people who matter most.

I work with college students, Millennials, and Gen Z adults, and couples (including ENM and poly partnerships) using person-centered, CBT, solution-focused, and shame-resilience approaches. I provide online counseling in Texas for individuals and couples counseling to help build resilience, foster healthy relationships, and enhance emotional well-being.

Life can be a rollercoaster, and you don’t have to ride it alone. I offer a supportive space for self-reflection and safely processing big emotions. I provide virtual therapy for Texas residents ages 18+, and I’d be honored to walk alongside you through the highs and lows. I hope to connect with you soon!
