I work with college students, Millennials, and Gen Z adults, and couples (including ENM and poly partnerships) using person-centered, CBT, solution-focused, and shame-resilience approaches. I provide online counseling in Texas for individuals and couples counseling to help build resilience, foster healthy relationships, and enhance emotional well-being.
Life can be a rollercoaster, and you don’t have to ride it alone. I offer a supportive space for self-reflection and safely processing big emotions.
