I enjoy working with people during any phase of their journey. It's rewarding to connect with couples, adolescents, and adults going through stage of life changes and or trauma. I find joy in collaborating to cultivate peoples' motivations to change in a way that allows them to gain insight into their behaviors and achieve optimal health. I view people through a holistic lens thus seeing the whole person rather than their symptoms.
Because of vast experience, I can utilize many resources and am able to work with many different kinds of people with varying needs: from those who have experienced trauma and need only a few sessions to work it through, to those who require long-term treatment for major personality changes.
