How to Worry Well: Anxiety Group

This group emphasizes developing tools–not just deep breaths!--to prevent anxiety from running your life. Skills are derived from the most recent psychological research data and have demonstrated lasting effectiveness for various presentations of anxiety. In addition to skill- building, members will have space to identify and process current stressors. Group members will leave meetings equipped with tools to apply in the remaining hours of the week and in years to come.

Healthy Relationships

This group focuses on establishing and maintaining healthy relationships while teaching members how to identify unhealthy relationship patterns. Group members will learn about appropriate boundaries and communication skills to improve closeness to promote their relationships’ longevity. The group activities are designed for individual participants, although couples may also benefit from attending the group together.

Resilience From Trauma

No one deserves to feel alone on their trauma recovery journey. Especially when trauma can significantly increase one’s risk for various emotional and physical ailments. Group members will be given the space to verbalize and process various trauma responses. They will receive warmth and learn healthy ways to navigate difficult emotions and triggers.
