I honor that not everyone learns and heals with the same approach and have a deep respect for the non-verbal realms, for the spiritual world and for the neurology, biology and sociology of making change and achieving optimal wellness.
I believe that each of us are our own agents for self-change and I deeply trust the inherent wisdom of healing potential in every body. My educational background is in psychology, philosophy, counseling, community development, pedagogy, human services, and somatic (body) practices.
Every individual on this planet lives in a body. And we all too often store our struggles, consciously or unconsciously, in our physical being. It is a deep honor and privilege to witness clients discover their own balance and achieve intended goals in holistic and sustainable ways.
