I am a licensed clinical social worker specializing in anxiety, performance anxiety, stress management, depression, cultural and racial identify issues, and career development. My goal is to assist you in finding mental clarity, a sense of safety to feel your emotions and give you the tools to be able to perform and live a self-directed, full and meaningful life. It is my goal to provide you with a safe nonjudgmental space online to explore and achieve your goals.
My practice is rooted in the theories of contextual behavioral science, which takes a closer look at the relationships we have, and how we interact with our past and current environments. I utilize techniques of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Relational Frame Theory (RFT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
