Hello there! As a therapist, my approach is very warm, open-minded, and down-to-earth, and I love to use humor and personal vulnerability wherever possible. From my own personal mental health journey and experiences as a client, I know firsthand just how intimidating and transformative therapy can be all at the same time, so I am very passionate about making the process feel as normal, safe, and nonjudgmental as possible. My goal as a therapist is to help you gain insight into the problems you are facing and develop personalized tools and techniques for you to feel more in control and empowered in your own life.
