I believe in creating an individualized approach to therapy tailored specifically to you, with as much or as little push from me as you find helpful. I work to create a therapeutic environment that feels safe and supportive, as I believe trust is essential in promoting growth. I specialize in working with teens and young adults with a range of presenting concerns. I also have experience working with children and adults of any age! I use CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) most regularly in therapy sessions, alongside other techniques, to help my clients think, feel, and behave in more helpful and meaningful ways.
