Therapy works best when you feel safe enough to show up as your full self. I work with people who want a space where they don't have to perform, mask, over-explain themselves, or fit into boxes that don't quite work - including neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ folks navigating relationships, identity, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. In addition to working with individuals, many of my clients are couples who find themselves stuck in frustrating dynamics and want help navigating conflict, improving communication, and rebuilding a sense of connection.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded. I believe that you are the expert of your own life and experiences. Therapy with me can include reflection, space to explore deeper patterns, and practical tools to help you feel more regulated, connected, and understood.
While I draw from approaches like IFS parts work, EFT, narrative, solution-focused, feminist, and cognitive-behavioral therapy, my primary focus is building a therapeutic relationship where you feel supported enough to explore, heal, and grow.
