Hi, I'm Rachael! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the beautiful state of Kentucky. I work with teens and adults to treat anxiety and depression, learn skills to cope with stress, navigate life transitions, practice better self-care, and more. I have experience working with people with disabilities, young moms, and the LGBTQ+ community.
I take a strengths-based and person-centered approach to therapy, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, mindfulness, and more.
When I'm not working, you can find me in one of my two happy places: at home with my husband, our two kids, and our dog, or playing outside somewhere. I enjoy hiking, camping, gardening, and traveling. I love a good cup of coffee, art in any form, and helping others chase their passions and achieve their goals.
