Skills Training Group for OCD
This group is designed for individuals with OCD or health anxiety who need skills to manage their intrusive thoughts and obsessional doubts, which often lead to compulsive behaviors like reassurance-seeking, checking, or avoidance. This group is based on Inference-Based CBT, which is an evidence-based treatment useful for OCD and health anxiety. The program is 12 modules in total, with plans to conduct the group over 8 weeks on Tuesday evenings from 5:15 - 6:30 pm. The next group is open for enrollment, with hopes to begin August 26, 2025.

Metacognitive Therapy for Rumination/Worry & More
Metacognitive Therapy (MCT) is useful for disorders where rumination is a key factor. Rumination is defined as continuously thinking about the same thoughts or worries and is characterized by repetitive negative thoughts. The group is helpful for adults with anxiety, depression, OCD, social anxiety, trauma/PTSD, and more and teaches you how to manage thoughts. This group will meet the first three Wednesdays in November, the first three Wednesdays in December, and then one final session on January 14, 2026 for a total of 7 sessions.
