My potential clients are aware they need counseling or have reached a point where they cannot manage their life effectively. While they are in charge of what they do with their lives they may feel unable to navigate it. They need support, education, empathy, tools, and insight to help them with better decision making and the ability to navigate their path. They want a therapist that is genuine and can offer multiple perspectives, insights, and empathy while helping them work through what their current struggle is. Therapy is a safe place to work through all thoughts, feelings and concerns without judgement.
I offer individualized therapy by understanding my clients’ background and experiences and the ability to explain and educate them based on those experiences. The treatment of the whole person including spirituality (if they are spiritual) is very important. I believe in evaluating the life stage someone is in as well as past experiences and their impact.
I’m comfortable working with ages 2-100 in my practice. I believe therapy is an opportunity to help you live the life you deserve. My methods are individualized based on need, background, age, and development of each client that walks through my door. There is no one size fits all as we all need something different in a therapeutic relationship.
