Do you, your teen, or your child struggle with feeling constantly overwhelmed, anxious, or stretched too thin? Maybe you're juggling work, school, endless extracurriculars filling the calendar, family, and/or never-ending responsibilities, all while trying to keep everything together. You bring your experience, and together, we will identify what supports may fit best for you and your family. No two people (or families) are the same, and therapy shouldn’t be either.
In-person sessions include my co-therapist, Davy, a trained and certified facility dog who brings comfort and grounding to sessions. Davy is trained in deep-pressure therapy and behavior inturruption. Telehealth sessions are available within the state of Iowa for those over the age of 13 years old.
Therapy can feel uncertain, and the first step is often the hardest. Whether for you, your child, or your teen, you are the expert of your life and together we will identify best supports that feel good for you and your family.
