Maybe you feel a bit lost and unrecognizable to yourself. You want to feel understood. You want to feel like you matter. You tell yourself “no one else could possibly get it.” If you find yourself more irritable and angrier with the people you love and care about, I can help. If you ever feel like there are pieces of yourself you’ve lost, I want to partner with you to find them.

My clients appreciate my humor and wit (before you ask, my favorite crayon is purple – grape is the best flavor), my calm, my transparency, and my absolute dedication to them, as they learn to trust me after feeling like they can't trust anyone. My dissertation focused on the extent to which police officers are exposed to potentially Morally Injurious Events, which could precipitate Moral Injury and assessed the degree to which officers experience the symptoms of MI.
