I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 16 years of experience in mental health. I am passionate about helping adults address their unique life experiences and live life fully. I have provided mental health care in Baltimore for nearly 17 years. As a queer-identified woman in a multi-racial family, coupled with my professional experience in an urban area, I bring a diverse perspective and a broad range of knowledge to address life's many challenges. I specialize in depression, anxiety, grief, suicide grief, and trauma, and I also have experience in treating substance use issues.

I completed my Master of Social Work (MSW) at the University of Maryland at Baltimore. I utilize several treatment approaches, including mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and person-centered treatment.
