I help clients tune into themselves in order to identify how to meet their own needs; in setting healthy boundaries and advocating for themselves; to feel empowered to confident in the decisions they make; to use mindfulness to learn how to be more present; and how to practice self-compassion in order to be more gentle with themselves.
I will provide a safe space for you to be vulnerable and take time to get to know your unique set of needs. I want to understand how you function in the world, your relationships, your strengths, and what drives and motivates you. I want to learn what an ideal life would look like for you, and help you move towards making that vision your reality.
