You are the most important person in your life. We often don’t hear or say this enough, and this is the heart of the space we’ll create working together. What stressors or issues are you hoping to work through? Big, medium and small - your thoughts, feelings and concerns are welcome in our non-judgmental, confidential space. Our chats will be guided by your goals, expertise, and values.
Since every person is unique, my approach is humanistic and eclectic - meaning we will explore what helps you towards your authentic self. The world around us shapes individual experiences, so we’ll integrate societal context into our space. Together, we’ll embrace your strengths to reach your goals.
My experience from practicing sex therapy and substance misuse has sharpened my ability to work with symptoms of trauma, anxiety, ADHD, depression, and more. My focus is supporting Queer folks with relationships, sexuality, sex, and substance use concerns. Please send me an email to see if we are a good fit for the compassionate care you deserve!
