Announcement icon Due to COVID-19, at this time, all sessions are being conducted remotely using a HIPAA-compliant secure video platform.
I help those who want to explore the "why" behind who we are, what we do, and how we got here, while also holding space for the "how" of growth, healing, and transformation. You may be facing past or present hurts, depression, anxiety, relationship struggles, life transitions, or trauma. We can work together to honor your unique journey to the present, identify what you want to get out of your life now that you're here, and discover the tools to help you live a life resonant with your deepest self. EMDR may also be helpful in getting unstuck.
I might be a particularly good fit if you are a student of any age, a helping professional or healer; identify as a highly sensitive person or empath; or enjoy engaging your whole self (body, mind, spirit) in your change processes. People with busy minds and lives are especially welcome!
If you're ready to feel seen and be met with curiosity and empathy, call or email me today to discuss how I can help you understand the past, get to know yourself on a deeper level, and move forward with access to more internal freedom and space.

Rachael E. Massell's Groups

All-Gender Interpersonal Process Group

New group forming September 2020. Joining an interpersonal process group can be an important adjunct to individual therapy or stand on its own to help you deepen your understanding of self and others and get more of what you want in your relationships, work, and life. Modern interpersonal neurobiology has shown us that just as we are hurt in relationship, we must heal in relationship. Group is a protected space to do that work. Due to COVID-19, this group will begin virtually, but will continue in-person once it is safe to do so.
