I enjoy working with clients facing issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, trauma, life transitions, and self-esteem concerns as well as many others. Therapy is not a one size fits all, and my hope is that we can create an environment that is ideal to your healing. I also provide Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy to those who qualify
I primarily work with individuals ages 14 and older who are ready to take charge of their mental health journey. I want my clients to get the support that they need to live healthy, successful independent lives. I encourage clients to dig deep into themselves and their bodies to understand where they may need extra support and understanding.
Therapy provides a safe, supportive space where you can make sense of your story, learn tools for emotional regulation, and move toward a more grounded, empowered version of yourself. I can’t wait to meet you!
