I specialize in helping clients with symptoms related to anxiety, trauma, and domestic violence. I enjoy supporting my clients to identify their own strengths and using those strengths in sessions to reach your goals. I love working with individuals 16+ who are ready for change but are in need of some extrinsic motivation and guidance.
For those parents looking for help with children age 3-7, I am a certified Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) therapist.
In sessions, I guide individuals through a healing process for trauma and anxiety, using EMDR to help reduce its impact on your life. For those who feel lost, I help you explore and understand your emotions to better manage life challenges.
For parents, I provide parenting support and am certified in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT).
In addition, I provide supervision to the professionals working towards LPC and LPC-MHSP in the State of Tennessee. My supervision style is direct, open, and supportive.
