I work with all humans ages 16+ who are highly motivated to find healing, recovery, purpose, and wellbeing in their lives. I am passionate about social justice and human rights in these pivotal times in our world and dedicated to working with marginalized populations, including LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC individuals.
I am an eclectic Art Therapist and trauma therapist who takes a person-centered, holistic approach with clients. I am trained in and utilize numerous therapeutic modalities including Art Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, Positive-Existential Psychology, CBT, mindfulness, Internal Family Systems, HeartMath+, and the Instinctual Trauma Response method.
There are a few things that I call the "spices of life." These spices are authentic self expression, compassionate witnessing, open-mindedness, openheartedness, awe, and hope/faith.
