I am an integrative psychotherapist who specializes in mental liberation, increasing self-love, processing and overcoming trauma, and unlocking authenticity. I am trained in and utilize numerous therapeutic modalities including mindfulness, Art Therapy, CBT, Instinctual Trauma Response method, HeartMath+, IFS, and Existential Positive Psychology.
