I believe that healing is a deeply personalized journey that occurs in many ways. I offer a blend of compassion and skills to create a space fostering self compassion, vulnerability, change and growth. I draw from a variety of approaches depending on each client’s unique needs, working in collaboration with each client to treat their entire self.
I have experience treating a broad range of areas; my specialities include personal growth, family dynamics, trauma recovery, eating disorders, addictions, codependency, depression, anxiety, grief, stress, life transitions, wellness coaching, and self-compassion. I am passionate about supporting individuals on their healing journeys.
I draw a variety of approaches including holistic, client-centered, positive and strengths based approaches, in which I may utilize techniques from family/systems dynamics, attachment theory, mindfulness, CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, solution-focused, and psychoeducational modalities.
