My name is Rachael Cooke and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Telluride, CO and working with clients statewide via telehealth. I help individuals develop the awareness, coping skills, and self-compassion they need to heal and thrive in their lives today. I treat a range of concerns, including eating disorders, substance use, trauma and more.
I offer individual clinical mental health therapy, in areas of specialty including personal growth and change, family/systems dynamics, trauma recovery, eating disorders, addictions, codependency, depression, anxiety, grief, stress, life transitions and purpose, general wellness coaching, and self-compassion.
