Are you ready to discover a deeper understanding of yourself? I guide clients beyond the day-to-day interactions to explore the inner workings of the psyche and identify the underlying root of their distress. Instead of treating the symptoms, I aim to identify the cause. This invites the potential for deep inner healing and sustained transformation. Together, we shine a light on the parts that have been hidden or fragmented due to trauma and facilitate integration to become more whole. While our shadow, or subconscious, may hold our greatest fears, it is also the source of our greatest gifts. Who you are in the process of becoming?
Grief is complex and cyclical. It comes in many forms whether from the experience of a traumatic or sudden death, the destruction of Earth's most fragile ecosystems, or the years spent masking your authentic self. I help clients witness and honor their grief with curiosity and compassion. I also offer nervous system regulation and narrative reframing.
My approach is gentle yet persistent. I practice from a holistic perspective, meaning I consider all aspects of the mind-body-spirit triad. Nature, spirituality, and altered states of consciousness can be incredible sources of wisdom, resilience, and belonging. As a death doula, I guide end-of-life planning and support spiritual concerns or death anxiety.
