Holistic and embodied existential therapy for trauma recovery and life transitions. Rather than diagnosing and prescribing, I offer a uniquely individual and empowering experience. Many of my clients struggle with feeling fragmented, overwhelmed, dissociated, or misunderstood. Healing happens through curiosity, compassion, and trusting connection - with yourself, others, and the natural world. I help clients transform suffering and self-alienation through parts work (IFS), somatic & nature therapy, mindfulness, and depth psychology. This goes beyond symptom management to address the root cause, inviting greater wholeness within.
I also specialize in helping clients tend to their grief, which is often complex and cyclical. Grief doesn't have boundaries and often dissolves our sense of time, leaving us feeling disoriented. Together, we will witness and tend to your grief with gentle somatic practices and rituals of honor and remembrance. Let us be an apprentice to your grief.
In addition to online and office sessions, I offer nature therapy which creates a sense of safety, belonging, and grounding. Jungian dream analysis, alchemy, active imagination, and synchronicities connect us with your subconscious which guides the healing journey. As a death doula, I support end-of-life planning and facilitate spiritual exploration.

In my clinical experience, two underlying themes are commonly at the core of most mental distress - fear and grief. When left unprocessed, they often manifest as anxiety and depression which are treated through symptom management. However, I believe these experiences can be transformed, or alchemized, into strengths if we turn towards them. The only way out is through.
