If you're experiencing distressing emotions or feeling stuck, we can work together to discover a new path forward. I practice from a holistic perspective, meaning I consider all aspects of health and wellbeing as well as how they intersect. I meet clients where they're at, encouraging acceptance of emotions and helping them find more moments of peace. Treatment options I offer include Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic & body-focused practices, mindfulness-based CBT, transpersonal & dream analysis, and narrative therapy. Sessions are conducted via telehealth, at a Seattle-area park for nature therapy, or my office in Lake City.
I help children, adolescents, and adults regain a sense of safety, belonging, and wholeness through parts integration and nervous system regulation. I also support clients in de-conditioning from harmful narratives or beliefs by practicing non-attachment and re-wiring neurological pathways. My approach is gentle yet persistent.
If you or a loved one is healing from trauma, navigating a life transition, exploring identity, tending to grief, or dealing with uncertainty - I am here to help. I understand it can be difficult to find the right fit, which is why I offer single-session and short-term therapy in addition to long-term treatment. Let's find an approach that works for you.
