Moving through life repeating the same patterns in relationships can be incredibly frustrating. Dealing with a relentless inner critic, struggling to get away from constant worries about if you're "doing it right," or attempting to heal the disconnect within or with loved ones can all create a significant amount of dis-ease in our lives. Having been a psychotherapist for close to fifteen years I am honored to be a consistent, objective and inquisitive presence for the individuals I get to work with. If you are struggling with sticky life-patterns, challenging relationships, or are going through a major transition, I'd love to help.
My holistic, depth-oriented psychotherapy practice draws upon a variety of therapeutic techniques including guided imagery and meditation which designed to spark insight, build skills and cultivate understanding and self-compassion. I am also a Certified Trauma Therapist and specialize in C-PTSD.
My approach to healing is highly individualized. I feel immense admiration for individuals embarking on the journey of self awareness through psychotherapy.
