I work with adults who are struggling with body image issues, disordered eating, ADHD (or presumed ADHD), depression, trauma, & grief/loss. A specialty of mine is working with people who live in larger bodies using a health at every size approach. A growing area in my work is infertility. I believe you deserve to feel connected with yourself and grounded.

I offer Ketamine Assisted Therapy (KAP), ADHD assessments for adults, group sound baths, and individual therapy. I am trained in Internal Family System's and Progressive Counting. KAP is a powerful modality that can quickly decrease depression/anxiety symptoms while increasing curiosity and resolutions through altered states of consciousness.

I understand how difficult it can be finding the "right" therapist. I believe in the power of human connection to be a strong component of therapy.
