Accepting new clients for Ketamine & individual therapy- Are you looking to be relieved of the burdens your past trauma's carry? Live a more authentic life where shame or suffering aren't in the drivers seat? Seeking support is a brave decision. I am so happy you are here. I work with adults who are struggling with body image issues, disordered eating disorder, ADHD (or presumed ADHD), depression, and grief/loss. A specialty of mine is working with people who live in larger size bodies using a HAES (health at every size) approach. I truly believe you deserve to feel connected with yourself, your body, your community, and this earth.
I offer Ketamine Assisted Therapy (KAP), ADHD assessments for adults, group sound baths, and individual therapy. I am trained in Internal Family System's and Progressive Counting. KAP is a powerful modality that can quickly decrease depression/anxiety symptoms while increasing curiosity and introspection through altered states of consciousness.
I understand how difficult it can be finding the "right" therapist. I believe in the power of human connection to be a strong component of therapy.
