It is an honor to be able to witness, guide, and have compassion for the messiness of being human. I specialize working with adolescents, young adults, LGBTQIA+ folks, and women, experiencing anxiety, panic, depression, PTSD, attachment based challenges, and life transitions. I am dedicated to offering holistic, identity-affirming psychotherapy and integrate an anti-oppressive framework into treatment.
Fundamentally, my approach is relational and trauma-informed. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Sensorimotor Psychotherapy Level 1, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, parts work, Trauma-Focused CBT, & DBT. I use Polyvagal theory and nervous system regulation skills to support clients both inside and outside of session.

I will support you to develop introspection & cultivate the inner strength to create lasting positive changes.
