I'm ONLY offering EMDR Intensives currently. My clinical interests include working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, adjustment disorders, relational issues/concerns, self-injurious behaviors, suicidal ideation, self-esteem issues, trauma related issues & PTSD, complex trauma, dissociation, and personality disorders. I would like to help you be able to identify the goals you would like to achieve to live a more desirable life. Once we have this goal established, we will work together to identify new coping skills to address situations that feel distressing to you.
I work with individuals 18 y.o. and older & specialize in Eye-Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy & intensives. I use strategies including artwork, Sand Tray therapy, Dialectal Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), & AIR Network Therapy. My goal is to individualize treatment based on each individual's needs.
My main objective in therapy is to help you learn how to understand and manage your emotions, while providing coping strategies to increase more positive experiences in your life. I would like to help you be able to identify ways to achieve a more desirable life and increase your own self-worth and self-compassion.
