We don’t heal alone, and I’m humbled to stand side by side with those on this journey, to be a reliable presence of encouragement while taking the steps to heal emotionally and mentally. My greatest passion lies in assisting people to unlock the ability to live their most authentic lives, in a society that often doesn’t prioritize mental well-being. I take a systemic approach to mental health therapy and specialize in working with people of color and individuals with marginalized social identities.
I value collaboration highlighting the strengths you naturally bring to therapy through integrating body, mind, and culture. If you are experiencing depression or anxiety, I prioritize creating a space where people feel respected and safe to explore their life experiences.
My practice is grounded in utilizing trauma informed, expressive art approaches and other modalities. As a qualified administer of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI), I see culture and self-awareness at the core of therapeutic growth.
