You may have spent much of your life feeling like you don’t fully belong, too much in some spaces, not enough in others. This is especially true for many Neurodivergent, BIPOC, LGBTQI2S+ adults navigating identity, cultural displacement, and complex family dynamics who may be carrying layers of masking, burnout, and misunderstanding on top of it all.
Together we make space for the complexity of your lived experience. I offer trauma informed neurodivergent affirming care for adults who are navigating multifaceted identity, chronic stress, faith transitions, interracial adoptees, estrangement and relational trauma.
I help people embody their lives as they cope with things interfere with well being ie) oppression, depression, anxiety, life adjustments in areas of aging, spiritual/crisis, grief/bereavement due to death and/or chronic illness for individuals and caregivers; including other helping professionals who experience secondary trauma and compassion fatigue.
I practice from a liberatory, multi-cultural lens and acknowledge healing as relational work. I am trained in EMDR, IFS and psychedelic integration and am a Certified Body Trust provider. My practice welcomes BIPOC, LGBTQIA2S+, Neurodivergent, and sex positive people within scope of inclusion.
