I offer collaborative counseling/therapy for individuals, couples, and families who want to live more fulfilling lives.
I offer you a non-judgmental, respectful, nurturing, supportive, and safe environment to explore your life, your dreams and future, your challenges, and your innermost self. My main desire is that you feel encouraged to heal, grow, and transform so you can have the quality of life you truly deserve.
I provide therapy/counseling to individuals, couples, teens, & families from very diverse populations with challenging issues such as marital/relationship distress, infidelity, fertility/infertility, self-esteem, meaning of life, depression, spirituality, dating, multicultural/interracial relationship issues, and cultural integration/immigration challenges.
