Using the Gottman Method, we will work on strategies to improve communication and rebuild trust. With IFS, we will address and integrate the different parts of your inner world, promoting a long-lasting sense of peace. While there are no guarantees, my commitment is to guide you through this process with compassion, care, and concrete research based tools.
