At R4A Counseling, we provide counseling services to adults and teens. We have experience with a wide variety of concerns such as trauma, sexual issues, sexual abuse, anxiety, relationships, personality disorders, and depression to name a few. Each clinician brings their own style so each client can reach their individual goals, integrating different therapy modalities including CBT, EMDR, Schema Therapy, and many more. Our goal is to actively listen to each client we work with. It's their story and their journey. We understand that every client we work with has their own way of expressing their thoughts and emotions.

Accepting NEW Clients! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified EMDR Therapist, and a Sex Offender Treatment Provider. IMy background includes working with individuals that need help with trauma, relationship issues, anxiety, sexual issues, and depression. My primary approach to treatment is integrating Person-Centered Therapy, EMDR therapy for trauma specific treatment, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Schema Therapy. I also integrate other modalities to fit the client's needs and treatment goals. I am committed to helping people learn how to overcome their problems and live their healthiest lives.

I am a LPC-S and LSOTP-S based in Lubbock, Texas. What keeps me passionate about this work today is seeing the growth and potential in my clients — watching them take steps toward real change excites me for their journey. My counseling style is structured, compassionate, challenging, and direct. I believe clients deserve honesty in the counseling process, and I’m not afraid to encourage deeper reflection and accountability. When someone sits down with me for the first time, I want them to feel comfortable and excited to start therapy. Beginning this process is a big step, let's start with a 15 minute free consult.
