I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and owner of Enso Counseling, LLC. Enso Counseling is a counseling practice that focuses on helping clients overcome the multitude of obstacles associated with relationships and interpersonal communication, while addressing issues of anxiety, depression, addiction, codependency, and childhood relational trauma. I have built my practice working with individuals, couples, and families.
I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral, Emotionally Focused, Post Induction, and Gestalt Therapies. I am also highly skilled in crisis intervention and substance abuse intervention.
I received a Bachelor of Science in Human Communication from Arizona State University in 1996. I earned a Masters degree in Professional Counseling with a specialization in Trauma, Abuse, and Deprivation from Ottawa University. I have over 20 years of gaining experience in many areas of patient advocacy and care.
