I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and owner of Enso Counseling, LLC. I work with individuals, couples, and families to strengthen relationships and improve emotional well-being. My areas of focus include emotional intelligence, codependency, childhood relational trauma, anxiety, and addiction. As a TEDx speaker on emotional intelligence, I help clients—particularly men—understand how their past influences present patterns, develop healthier emotional awareness, and make meaningful changes that support deeper connection and a more fulfilling life.
I am trained in EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral, Mindfulness, Post-Induction, Emotionally Focused and Gestalt therapies, with strong expertise in crisis intervention and interpersonal communication. I am the creator of the MEI (Mastering Emotional Intelligence) program and a TEDx speaker on emotional intelligence, available on YouTube.
I received a Bachelor of Science in Human Communication from Arizona State University in 1996. I earned a Masters degree in Professional Counseling with a specialization in Trauma, Abuse, and Deprivation from Ottawa University. I have over 25 years of gaining experience in many areas of patient advocacy and care.
