My focus is an insight focus on neuro-psychology, CBT and dynamic therapy. We analyze the problem and negotiate solutions. I specialize in helping clients reduce symptoms associated with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, substance abuse, premarital & marital problems, child and adult relationship problems, family conflict, and trauma groups.
