Often, it is very hard to adjust our thinking to the changes taking place around us. My varied experience has allowed me to effectively work with clients, providing support and guidance. I focus on skills-based approaches to aid clients in developing their ability to manage and succeed.
My approach integrates CBT and Psychodynamic principles in a way that is both progressive and holistic, and based on continued communication and collaboration.
