Deliberate. So one of my grad school professors once described my approach. That fits well with down-to-earth and practical. I’m here to help you figure out what’s going on and how to deal. If there’s no on-line appointments open, please email me. I don’t keep a wait list, instead I schedule consults for months out. I often find I have earlier availability. Teens, adults, kiddos? You bet. I understand about a variety of mental health concerns within a wide range. Finding and using your own strengths is a valuable part of treatment.
