Sadness, depression, stress, grief, anger, loneliness, anxiety, betrayal in our lives and relationships can leave us feeling very lost and out of balance with ourselves and with loved ones. I actively engage with individuals and couples to bring about new insights, better communication, and fresh ways of thinking, feeling and behaving to achieve re-balance. Together we work to release negative core beliefs and shift dysfunctional patterns, communication, and thoughts. This results in clients having greater clarity, empowerment, peace, and satisfaction. Clients become more content, and connected to themselves and their loved ones.
I am a clinical psychologist and hold degrees and expertise in nursing and public health. I'm trained in insight-orientation, CBT, DBT, Gottman Method, and IFS. Together we work towards achieving deeper insights, new perspectives and behaviors, and sustained change. As a result, clients report feeling greater internal peace, feel understood, and empowered.
My style is warm, non-judgmental, and interactive. My expertise includes anxiety, depression, adjustment, relationships, communications, grief/loss, betrayal, transitions, divorce, and medical/health concerns, and others. I'm licensed in Maryland and Massachusetts and I work with clients in both states. Please reach out and we can see if this is a good fit.
