I specialize in working with folks living with anxiety, complex trauma, psychosis, and mood disorders. I am a trans-affirmative and body-positive therapist and creating spaces that are inclusive and kind for all is something that I'm passionate about. These conversations can incorporate social justice & identity-based stress, but where we go is up to you.
As both a Registered Yoga Teacher & LPC I've found that healing is never just a mental pursuit. Our experiences are stored in our body, and as such, I incorporate somatic approaches such as yoga, nidra, breath awareness & meditation. I also can include psychospiritual and intuitive elements into sessions that are tailored to your individual needs.
